Absolutely awful,gone down hill since the expansion
I've just had a delivery from the Royal Bangal. First time, ordered on the app - easy to use. I regret that all was NOT good. Food arrived in good time. King Prawn Balti was covered in an oil slick as was the Biryani sauce which had no flavour, plus the rice was greasy as hell. Both meals cold and had to go into the microwave. I'm not confrontational but frankly I would want a refund - both dishes went in the bin half way through and I'm not a fussy eater at all.
